Assembled Roving

528S Assembled Roving is specifically designed for transparent panels as well as themats for such panels. It is coated with a silane-based sizing compatible with unsaturatedpolyester. 528S delivers light weight, high strength and high impact resistance to the resultingpanels. The panels also show no white (unsized) strands and have a high degree oftransparency.

Fiberglass woven roving

Fiberglass woven roving are bidirectional fabric made by interweaving rovings. Can be compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins. With high-performance reinforcement, widely used in hand lay up and processes to manufacture boats, vessels,plane and automotive parts, furniture and sports facilities.Width is from 10mm~3000mm,The area weight is from 200g/m2-1000 g/m2.

Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mats

Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mats are made of randomly distributed chopped strands held together by a powder or emulsion binder.It is fine strand reinforcement material. It is specially designed for hand lay-up and continuous laminating process, it is easy to handle and has excellent moulding performance. It has rapid resin penetration together with a fast strand wet out time. The mat also brings a highly translucent finished laminates. Also, the fine strand input makes the fiber prominence at the finished laminates surface extremely low. It is compatible with UP,VE, EP, PF resins. It is mainly used in panels, boats, automotive parts and cooling toweretc.

Fiberglass Core Mat

A multi-layer fabric layer by polyester thread lockstitch, suitable for a variety of resin system. It can be used in processes like hand lay up, RTM. Fiberglass Core Mat is most widely used in wind energy, boat and automobile. The end products include; dorm, blade, boat hull, auto shell, plate, cooling wehides. door and profile, etc.

Fiberglass Stitched Mat

Stitched mat is made of chopped fiberglass strands randomly dispersed and laid on the forming belt, stitched together by a polyester yarn. Mainly used for Pultrusion, Filament Winding, Hand Lay-up and RTM molding process, applied to FRP pipe and storage tank, etc.

Fiberglass Direct Roving

Direct Roving is coated with a silane-based sizing. It is compatible with unsaturated polyester,vinyl ester,and epoxy resins.It is designed for filament winding,pultrusion,and weaving applications. Direct Roving is suitable for use in pipes, pressure vessels, gratings and profiles, boats and chemical storage tanks.
